SOUP KITCHEN MEALS

The PCCW provides packaged, store purchased
chicken legs for the
Gettysburg Soup Kitchen
on the third Wednesday of the month.

Combined Area Resources for Emergency Shelter

CARES is a cold weather shelter open from November through April.

Volunteers needed to spend the night with their guests at St. James Lutheran Church, Gettysburg. A paid awake staff member is in 
charge, so you can sleep and be a "backup" person.

Ruth's Harvest Gettysburg:

A free, shared program with the Gettysburg Ministerium, Gettysburg Area School District and community partners to help local families eat healthier.  Backpacks with single serve non-perishable food items are sent home with participating school children on Friday.
